MEMOLUB® HPS
Beschreibung
MEMOLUB® HPS ist das Hauptprodukt unseres Sortiments.
Mit Kartuschengrößen von 120cm³, 240cm³ und 480 cm³ und 5 einstellbaren Schmiermengen von 0,3 bis 14,4 cm³ pro Tag ist es das vielseitigste Modell in unserem Sortiment.
Einstellenzeiten von einer Woche bis 24 Monate mit Einstellringe MEMO (siehe technische Daten).
Der Maximaldruck von 25 bar ermöglicht eine Schmierung von bis zu 10 m Schlauchlänge und bis zu 8 Schmierstellen.
ATEX-Zone 22 –EX zertifiziert.
Durch den Maximaldruck von 25 bar universell einsetzbar.
Die Intervalle werden durch die Zeitringe gesteuert.
Die Zeitringe sind ein einzigartiges System für die tägliche Einstellung der Fettmenge.
Die HPS-Modelle sind so aufgebaut, dass das Schmiersystem einmal installiert wird; Wartung und Austausch erfolgen direkt an der Schmierstelle.
Vereinfachte und schnelle Wartung; dadurch Kosteneinsparung.
Die Zeitintervalle sind sehr einfach und schnell eingestellt. (siehe Tabelle unter Grundeinstellungen „Technische Daten“ Registerkarte).
Die Ersatzkartuschen und Batteriesätze sind recyclebar.
Mehrmalig wiederverwendbar, folglich geringere Umweltbelastung.
Ideal für alle Anwendungsbereichen der Industrie: Kugellager, offene Getriebe, Ketten, Bänder …
